1. Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date your order is delivered. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

As a small business offering faith-based and custom items, we encourage customers to review their orders carefully upon delivery.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused (for example: apparel unworn, décor not hung or displayed).
  • The item must be in the same condition in which it was received.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalized items, including items customized with specific scripture, messages, names, or dates.
  • Earrings or intimate items, for sanitary reasons.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

6. Exchanges (Damaged or Defective Items Only)

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

7. Shipping Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us first at info@potentialtestimony.com for return instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
